ASU-Beebe Workforce and Community Development will offer the Basics of Welding course on the Searcy campus as follows:
Searcy campusMondays, Jan. 17-Mar. 206 p.m.-10 p.m.1800 East Moore Ave., Searcy, AR 72543Note: Since the campus will be closed on Monday, Jan. 16 the first class begins on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
Students completing the Basics of Welding coursework can earn 40 classroom hours, or 4 CEUs and potentially earn certification. The cost is $700, which includes supplies, tuition and certification fees. Students must supply their own welding helmets and gloves.
