St. John the Baptist Church – Cabot issued the following announcement on Jan. 30.
The Superior General of the Fraternity of St. Peter has instructed all clergy of the Fraternity to pray an act of solemn consecration of the Fraternity and its works to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on February 11, the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. It will be preceded by a novena of preparation, from February 2 to 10, in which the faithful are invited to join. Please, check your emails for more information and for printable versions of the novena and consecration prayers. For those unable to print the prayers at home, we will have copies of the prayers available in the vestibule for masses, after which we will pray the novena and consecration prayers.
