City of Lonoke issued the following announcement on Aug. 31.
Proclamations don't mean what they used to with all the voices competing for our attention nowadays. However small, this proclamation is important. My hope is that it will bring into focus our Nation's guiding core values and reemphasize those Freedoms and Liberty we're ALL afforded through it. As Sept 17 is the 234th anniversary of it's framing, Sept 17-23 is now CONSTITUTION WEEK in Lonoke!
