St. John the Baptist Church – Cabot issued the following announcement on Mar. 20.

On Fridays during the season of Lent, a plenary indulgence is granted to the faithful who, after Communion, recite the Prayer Before a Crucifix before an image of Christ Crucified, provided all usual conditions of plenary indulge are met. The prayer can be found on page 65 of the red booklet missals.
