St. John the Baptist Church – Cabot issued the following announcement on Mar. 6.

On Saturday, March 12, there will be a day of recollection, a silent retreat in preparation for Easter. The day will begin with mass at 8:00 am, followed by a light breakfast. The day will include spiritual conferences, opportunities for confession, a light lunch, and will conclude by about 2:00 pm. Please sign up on the list in the vestibule or via the email invitation. A $5.00 donation is requested to assist in covering the cost of meals; envelopes for this purpose are available near the sign-up list, and may be submitted in the box outside the Church Office.
