Perfect your charcuterie game before the big game with our Game Day Charcuterie Class at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4, on our Beebe campus!
Come and learn how to curate the best charcuterie for the big game and impress all of your friends and family with your new skill!
Our workshop will be taught by local chefs from Pea Farm Bistro in Cabot, and will include basics of cheese and meat selection, food placement, and some intermediate food shaping techniques. The best part of the class is, after it’s over, you get to wrap up your tray and take it home for a treat!
