NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Damon Slinkard d/b/a Dalefast LLC is requesting to change the zone classification of the property located and described as follows from “A-1” zone to “R-1” zone by amendment to the Trumann Zoning Regulations and Map:

THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, POINSETT COUNTY, ARKANSAS.

(General location is the tract of land at the corner of Brian and Pecan Grove Road.)

A PUBLIC HEARING on said application will be held by the Trumann Planning Commission at 5:30 PM December 13, 2022, at the Judicial Complex located at 221 South Melton in Trumann Arkansas.

ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST MAY BE HEARD at said time and place or may notify the Planning Commission by letter of their views on this matter.

THE DOCUMENTATION is on file for public inspection at the City Clerk’s office in the Municipal Complex.
