NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an application by William Bentley and Penny Newton for a hearing before the Trumann Board of Zoning Adjustment has been filed with the Board of Zoning Adjustment wherein the application for a variance is concerning a minor lot split of the property located at 412 Highway 463 South in Trumann Arkansas.

A PUBLIC HEARING on the said application will be held by the Trumann Board of Zoning Adjustment at 6:00 PM January 30, 2023, at the Judicial Complex located at 221 South Melton in Trumann Arkansas.

ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST MAY BE HEARD at said time and place or may notify the Board of Zoning Adjustment by letter of their views on this matter.

THE APPLICATION is on file for public inspection at the City Clerk’s office in the Municipal Complex.
