Candidates must meet state minimum standard requirements, and undergo a thorough psychological, medical, and background examination. Starting pay is $18.54/hour. Benefits include three weeks of paid vacation, monthly accruement of sick time after one year (13.334 hours per month), paid employee health insurance, two personal days per year, a take-home car program if within 25 miles of Beebe, and an $850 annual uniform allowance.
