Arkansas State University at Beebe issued the following announcement Nov. 13.
Joyce is an administrative specialist for Student Support Services on the ASU-Beebe Heber Springs Campus.
Joyce’s nomination stated, “Joyce is someone who has a bright smile, is a pleasure to work with, and she is noted for her dedication, service, and kindness to all. Her outlook toward life improves the environment so it is calm and comfortable. She is dedicated to keeping the morale high and very dedicated and willing to help each student who visits her office, which really makes a huge impact.”
