5 News/KFSM helps spread the word about the Food Hall of Fame. ” A popular Springdale restaurant has been inducted into the 2022 Arkansas Food Hall of Fame. Neal’s Cafe was one of the three winners announced Monday, Feb. 7, for the 2022 class along with Dairy King in Portia, Arkansas, and Colonial Steakhouse in Pine Bluff.”
