This property located at 108 Kathryn was the subject of several complaints over the past years.  It was deemed a nuisance property and a condemnation proceeding had commenced.  The owner received permission from the council to eradicate the nuisance and renovate the structure on the property.  The owner sold the property to an individual.  The new owner razed and removed the nuisance structure and renewed the property. We appreciate the efforts of citizens to alleviate nuisance properties.
